1. Are your products genuine?

• All of our products are 100% genuine duty paid products only

2. How long does your delivery take?

• We offer 60 Mins Delivery and Next Day Delivery for Klang Valley

• For rest of West Malaysia, delivery is within 2-4 working days

• We currently do not provide delivery to East Malaysia

3. What are the delivery charges?

• RM20 for 60 Mins Delivery

• RM10 for Next Day Delivery

• For rest of West Malaysia rates are calculated at checkout

4. Do you offer self pickup?

• Yes, you may pick up at our office, please do contact us for arrangement.

5. What are the available payment method?

• Bank Transfer

• Debit Card payment via secured payment gateway

• Visa/Master Credit Card payment via secured payment gateway (coming soon)

6. Is there Cash on Delivery option?

• No, we do not have COD option. All payments to be made via our payment gateway or Bank Transfer only
